Superhero Kids is a Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care Center in Boynton Beach, serving families across Palm Beach County. We offer children with medically complex needs a nurturing place to receive care, connect, and grow.

Care for the
whole child.
For families whose children are medically fragile or have special needs, we provide an alternative healthcare setting with continual medical care and opportunities for play, learning, and friendship.
Our center is equipped for care and staffed by licensed, trained medical professionals. Skilled nursing services support each child’s physical, developmental, nutritional, emotional, and social needs.
A stimulating, social, and nurturing atmosphere is part of that care, so children have space to be themselves while their needs are supported.

Superhero Kids PPEC began with a shared vision: more than a medical day center, a place where children with complex medical needs get excellent care and the joy every childhood deserves.
In 2022 we transformed the inside of our center, working with an artist on bright colors and imaginative murals, so it would never feel like a traditional medical building.
Our name stands for strength, courage, resilience and limitless possibilities. A child’s medical needs may be part of their journey, but they never define who they are or what they can achieve.
Today we are the largest licensed PPEC in Palm Beach County, with 82 licensed seats.
At Superhero Kids, we don’t see limitations. We see endless possibilities and the superhero within every child.

Each child’s care follows their own Plan of Care, built from their medical records and signed by their doctor.

As founders, we know how much trust it takes to place your child in someone else’s care. That responsibility means everything to us.
Beyond
our walls.
Our care for children doesn’t stop at our front door. After a 7.4 earthquake struck Chocó, Colombia, in August 2026, our team traveled there with a former nurse leader from our center who had returned to her home country.
Together we gave the children a day to remember: new shoes, clothes and toys, pizza ovens so every child could bake their own pizza, desserts, soccer and dancing.
And this is only the beginning. We hope to reach more children and more communities.
We went hoping to make a difference in their lives. We came back feeling they had made one in ours.
