Some families already have a referral from their child’s doctor. Others find us first and then ask the doctor for one. Either way, we answer your questions and explain the next steps.

Visit the center, meet our team, ask your questions and see how we can support your child’s individual needs.
Initial paperwork
We start with some basic paperwork and make it as easy as we can. Our team walks you through it and helps gather the documents.
Medical records and plan of care
We review your child’s medical records and history and write a Plan of Care for their needs. Then we send it to your child’s doctor to review and sign.
Submission for approval
Once the doctor signs the Plan of Care, we submit the paperwork for approval of PPEC services and keep you informed about the next steps.
You don’t have to do this alone.
From the first phone call to the doctor’s signature and the final paperwork, our team guides you from start to finish.
Is PPEC right
for your child?
We serve children from birth through age 20 whose medically complex needs require continual skilled nursing care. Care must be prescribed by the child’s primary physician, and the child must be medically stable.
